SEPREMIUM Oil-Water Separators
The SEPREMIUM range separates oil from compressor condensate to 5 ppm output. Efficient, reliable, and compliant with ISO 14000 environmental management standards.

Universal Separation
Handles all compressor lubricants: mineral, synthetic, semi-synthetic, and emulsions.

High Performance
Multi-stage polypropylene and activated carbon filters achieve 5 ppm residue.

Easy Service
Lightweight elements, element-life indicator, and quick-change design ensure safe, fast maintenance.

How SEPREMIUM Works
- Condensate enters brass inlets (supports all drains)
- Depressurisation chamber removes air
- Primary polypropylene element adsorbs oil (indicator lowers)
- Secondary element captures remaining oil
- Carbon polisher ensures 5 ppm

Key Benefits
- Element life & overflow indicators
- Sample bottle & test valve
- Lightweight ergonomic elements
- Durable PE housing with brass threads
- Origin: EU

Frequently Asked Questions
1) Why can’t I discharge compressor condensate directly?
Because condensate contains oil and contaminants. Discharging untreated water pollutes the environment and risks fines. An oil-water separator ensures compliant, clean discharge.
2) Does SEPREMIUM work with all compressor oils?
Yes. It handles mineral, synthetic, semi-synthetic, polyglycol and even stable emulsions.
3) What outlet quality can I expect?
The SEPREMIUM range targets <5 ppm oil residue at the outlet under normal conditions (site dependent). For stricter local limits, size and configure accordingly.
4) How often do elements need replacement?
Typically every 6–12 months depending on condensate volume and oil type. The white element-life indicator shows when replacement is due.
5) How do we dispose of waste oil and used elements?
Use certified waste contractors per local regulations. Follow your site’s environmental management program (e.g., ISO 14000).
6) Can SEPREMIUM handle multiple compressors?
Yes. Install units in parallel and, where needed, use a DISTRIBUTOR to evenly split flows across separators for higher capacities and future expansion.
7) What does Vietnamese law require for oil content in discharged water?
New projects (after Sept 1, 2025): Under QCVN 40:2025/BTNMT, typical limits are ≤1 mg/L (Column A) or ≤5 mg/L (Column B/C). If no zone is specified, Column B (≤5 mg/L) generally applies.
Existing projects (approved before Sept 1, 2025): QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT may still apply until Dec 31, 2031 in many cases, with ≤5 mg/L (Column A) and ≤10 mg/L (Column B).
1 mg/L ≈ 1 ppm. Check your permit—local authorities can set stricter site-specific limits.
