High-Efficiency Rotor – New Energy-Optimized Design
The new-generation rotor is designed based on advanced analytical technology—an engineering foundation that KOBELCO has been developing since 1956, when it introduced Japan’s first oil-free air compressor.

Optimized Design – No Energy Waste
With optimized internal piping, high-efficiency motors, and high-performance cooling fans, KOBELCO reduces overall power consumption. In addition, the optimized gas cooler lowers discharge air temperature, allowing a reduction in the size and number of auxiliary equipment such as air dryers.

Stable Pressure Control – Maximum Energy Savings
Inverter models maintain pipeline pressure at a low and stable level (within ±0.01 MPa), minimizing energy loss.
⚙️ In contrast, fixed-speed models repeatedly switch between load and unload modes, resulting in larger pressure fluctuations and unnecessary energy consumption.
