IRON Air Dryer (Refrigerated Air Dryer)
The IRON UTA Series refrigerated air dryers are designed to remove moisture from compressed air, delivering clean, dry, and stable air for heavy-duty industrial applications. The series is suitable for a wide range of installations, from small factories to large-scale industrial plants.
These air dryers are installed downstream of screw or piston air compressors, helping to minimize the risk of condensation, moisture-related corrosion, and unexpected production downtime. With a user-friendly design, the IRON UTA Series is easy to install and operate, ensuring continuous 24/7 operation, even in high-temperature environments.
IRON air dryers are available in four models:

IRON Air Dryer can achieve a dew point as low as 3°C and uses R-410A refrigerant, which is human-friendly, environmentally friendly, and reduces greenhouse gas emissions.

Shell-and-tube heat exchanger
A heat exchanger is a device used to transfer heat. It consists of multiple tubes arranged in bundles. The refrigerant flows through the space between the tubes to exchange heat without direct contact. The refrigerant can flow in either counter-flow or parallel-flow directions.
The shell-and-tube heat exchanger used in IRON air dryers is specially designed with high-quality stainless steel and welded in accordance with international export standards. All welds are thoroughly inspected to ensure quality, minimizing air leakage within the system.
A key feature is the nickel-plated copper inner tubes, which help prevent rust, corrosion, and refrigerant leakage, ensuring long-term reliability and stable performance.
Monitor Controller
The IRON Air Dryer is equipped with a large, easy-to-use display and a complete alarm system. The screen presents clear digital readings and accurately shows the dew point value, allowing operators to monitor performance at a glance.
Indicator lights are used to display the operating status of the unit. Settings can be adjusted quickly using the up arrow to increase values and the down arrow to decrease values. In addition, a dedicated alarm indicator light is activated when any fault or abnormal condition occurs, helping ensure safe and reliable operation of the air dryer.
