ORION EDS Filter Element – Efficient Water and Dust Removal with 5 μm Precision
The EDS filter element features a three-layer structure (outer screen, nonwoven fabric, inner screen) that effectively removes water droplets and dust particles from compressed air with up to 99% efficiency.
By combining centrifugal separation with a 5-micron precision filtration layer, the EDS filter element is an ideal solution for protecting compressed air equipment from moisture and contaminants.

ORION ELS Pre-Filter Element – Fine Particle Removal with 1 μm Precision
The ELS pre-filter element features a multi-layer construction combining non-woven fabric and ultra-fine fiberglass filtration media, enabling effective removal of extremely fine dust particles as small as 1 micron.
Its multi-stage design, with inner and outer mesh layers along with a pleated filter core, increases filtration surface area and extends the service life of the element.

ORION EMS Fine Filter Element – Ultra-Fine Oil Mist Removal with 0.01 μm Precision
The EMS fine filter element features a multi-layer construction combining plastic foam, non-woven fabric, and ultra-fine fiberglass. This advanced structure enables highly efficient removal of oil mist in compressed air, capturing particles as small as 0.01 microns.
Its pleated filter design, along with an outer foam layer, enhances oil retention capacity, extends service life, and ensures clean, high-quality air at the outlet.

ORION EKS Activated Carbon Filter Element – Effective Odor Removal & Oil Vapor Adsorption (Residual Oil: 0.003 wt ppm)
The EKS filter element utilizes advanced fibrous activated carbon combined with non-woven fabric and a protective mesh layer, effectively removing residual oil vapor remaining after oil mist filtration.
It ensures an extremely low residual oil content of just 0.003 wt ppm, making it ideal for applications that require ultra-clean, odor-free compressed air.
ORION Air Filter Element and Corresponding ORION Clean Air Filter
After a period of use—typically 6,000 hours or 1 year—the Orion air filter element should be replaced to ensure the quality of the treated compressed air and to reduce pressure drop across the filter.
