ORION DSF Primary Filter – Efficient Water and Dust Separation with 5 μm Precision
The ORION DSF filter uses an EDS filter element with a three-layer structure (outer mesh, non-woven fabric, and inner mesh), which effectively removes water droplets and dust particles from compressed air with an efficiency of up to 99%.
By combining a centrifugal separation mechanism with a 5-micron precision filtration layer, the DSF provides an ideal solution for protecting compressed air equipment from moisture and contaminants.

ORION LSF Pre-Filter – Removes Fine Dust with 1 μm Precision
The ORION LSF filter uses an ELS filter element with a multi-layer structure, combining non-woven fabric and an ultra-fine glass fiber filtration layer, enabling effective removal of extremely fine dust particles as small as 1 micron.
Its multi-layer design, featuring inner and outer meshes along with a pleated filter element, increases the filtration surface area and helps extend the service life of the filter element.

ORION MSF Fine Filter – Ultra-Fine Oil Mist Removal with 0.01 μm Precision
The ORION MSF filter uses a multi-layer EMS filter element composed of plastic foam, non-woven fabric, and ultra-fine glass fiber, enabling highly efficient removal of oil mist from compressed air down to particles as small as 0.01 micron
The pleated filter membrane design, combined with an outer foam layer, enhances oil particle retention, extends the service life of the filter element, and ensures clean air at the outlet.

ORION KSF Activated Carbon Filter – Effective Odor Removal and Oil Vapor Adsorption, Oil Content as Low as 0.003 wt ppm
The EKS filter element uses fiber-type activated carbon, combined with a non-woven fabric layer and protective mesh, to effectively remove residual oil vapor remaining after the oil mist filtration process.
It ensures that the outlet oil content is reduced to only 0.003 wt ppm, making it ideal for applications that require ultra-clean and odor-free compressed air.

- The housing is made of high-pressure die-cast aluminum, and the entire inner surface of the AL filter housing is treated with Alumite anti-corrosion coating (models from 75AL to 2000AL).

Super Filter – DSF / LSF / MSF / KSF
1. Stainless steel housing for mid-range and high-end models
※ Provided as standard equipment for models 400 and above in the DSF / LSF / MSF / KSF series.
2. Various connection port size options
Easily select a port size that matches the air outlet of the air compressor.
- Previous models:
DSF / LSF / MSF / KSF 400 – Port 25A ⇒ 404 (Port 40A)
DSF / LSF / MSF / KSF 1000 – Port 40A ⇒ 1005 (Port 50A)
- Expanded models:
Additional options with two different port sizes available.
3. Clamp joint design for quick filter element replacement (400-1 ~ 2000-1)
Simply turn the wing screw to open the lower housing and replace the filter element easily, without the need for special tools.
4. MSF series with built-in LED indicator for filter element life
The LED indicator notifies users when it is time to replace the filter element after approximately 8,000 hours of operation (depending on operating conditions and the level of inlet air contamination).
