Integrated Overhung Design – Enhanced Performance
Optimized Drive Efficiency
Thanks to the direct mounting of the rotor onto the drive shaft, the system eliminates the need for belts, couplings, or conventional gears, thereby completely removing no-load transmission losses.
Minimal Maintenance
The integrated overhung design eliminates the need for V-belt adjustment or replacement. In addition, the motor bearings do not require periodic lubrication or oil replacement, significantly reducing maintenance time and costs.
IPM Motor – Peak Energy Efficiency
The new KOBELION VS series is equipped with an IPM (Interior Permanent Magnet) motor, an ultra-high-efficiency motor with performance equivalent to IEC IE4. Compared to induction motors, IPM motors deliver superior efficiency even under low-load conditions. With an oil-cooled system and Class H insulation, the IPM motor ensures stable operation even in harsh environments.
Flexible Pressure Control Technology – Optimized Operating Efficiency
The new KOBELION VS series is equipped with extended pressure range control, allowing high compressed air output to be maintained even at lower pressure levels. By integrating pipeline pressure sensors and automatic maximum speed (RPM) adjustment, the compressor responds dynamically to actual air demand.
