Advanced High-Efficiency Air-End
The new-generation air-end delivers significant efficiency improvements compared to previous models. The direct gear drive design eliminates the need for coupling and V-belt maintenance, ensuring a seamless and stable power transmission system. As a result, reliability is enhanced and maintenance intervals are extended.

Full-Scale Upgrade of the Main Motor
Inverter models can be optionally equipped with an IPM motor with efficiency equivalent to IE5 class. Fixed-speed models are equipped with high-efficiency IE4 motors as standard. Bearings are treated with high-temperature stabilization to enhance durability under high ambient operating conditions.
Improved Specific Energy – Up to 15% Reduction
By integrating a newly developed air-end, an ultra-high-efficiency motor, and an optimized overall package design, the new KOBELION series achieves significant improvements in specific energy efficiency. This results in substantial energy savings and reduced CO₂ emissions, contributing to a greener and more sustainable future.

Wide Range Control [VS⁺]
KOBELCO’s Wide Range Control technology—pioneering increased airflow at low pressure for inverter models—is now also applied to large oil-injected compressors. A single model delivers optimal variable speed control across all pressure levels, maximizing energy-saving performance for users.

Enhanced Environmental Durability
A standard dust filter improves resistance to dust and contaminants in harsh environments. The optimized cooling system ensures stable operation even in ambient temperatures up to 50°C.

Optimized Package Design
The use of large-diameter air piping combined with Victaulic joints reduces vibration and minimizes pressure loss in the discharge air lines. The oil separation performance meets industry-leading standards, achieving ≤ 1.6 ppm.
